STEPS TO INDUCTION

Immediately upon paying your membership registration dues, you receive numerous member benefits inside the members' area. The Society's leadership development program consists of five steps outlined below.  To complete the program and achieve induction into the Society, members must attend Orientation, Leadership Training Day, 3 Speaker Broadcasts, and 3 Success Networking Team meetings.

ORIENTATION
First event on campus for new members. The chapter introduces the steps of the leadership development program for new members and the schedule of events for the semester.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING DAY
3-hour, video-led leadership development session for members to identify their individual passions, purpose, and action steps towards these objectives.

SPEAKER BROADCASTS
Live and pre-recorded video broadcasts of leading figures delivering success-related messages to our members.

SUCCESS NETWORKING TEAMS (SNT)
Students are assigned into small groups and meet bi-weekly to set goals for their future success. Members hold each other accountable for taking action steps towards their goals.

INDUCTION
Once a student completes the steps of the leadership development program, they are officially offered induction into the Society. This induction event commemorates this accomplishment and offers members the opportunity to share it with their family and friends.

Once you have completed the steps above (taking approximately 12 hours), you will be formally inducted as a member. After completing the steps towards induction, you will receive  post-induction benefits including a certificate of national leadership certification, Society insignia pin, and Sigma Alpha Pi T-shirt awarded to you at your chapter's induction ceremony.
