What are the benefits of joining this organization?
While the material items you receive at your induction (a t-shirt, plaque, certificate and other goods) are nice side benefits, they are definitely not the primary value you gain from achieving membership in The National Society of Leadership and Success.
The intangibles that you gain from membership will drive your future and establish you as a leader among your peers and include: improved self-esteem, peer leadership skills, sustainable motivation and drive, paradigms that will help you discover and achieve your dreams, real world skills that will help you outperform your peers in the workplace and an enviable network of movers and shakers that are all a part of the drive to create lasting positive change in the world.
You will additionally receive other benefits such as online resources on our website, customized letters of recommendation for prospective employers or graduate schools, graduation accessories that you may purchase and wear at your graduation to display your membership in our organization, access to exclusive scholarships and awards, Success Coaches and our entire speaker series.

I am past the 90 day window for a refund, but my experience at my local chapter was not pleasing. What can I do?
In response to many students that have had challenges, we have developed an Online Chapter into which many members have been transferred at no additional cost. The Online Chapter is the same as the program at your local campus, except that you no longer have to attend events in person - it can all be completed online at your convenience. In addition, rather than a campus advisor, you will be coached by the staff at the National Office that designed the program to fit your needs.
Participating in this program will enable you to receive the benefits you envisioned when you first signed up for the Society: leadership training from the nation's top speakers and authors, personalized success coaching, impressive resume building and much more. It will also enable you to take a break when you need to do so, and proceed at your own pace through the program as you manage the personal challenges that can arise.

I received an invitaton, but I would like more information.
We applaud your desire to research our organization before signing up, and we can certainly help with your questions. Our organization is The National Society of Leadership and Success. We are an Honorary Leadership Society that provides a leadership training program on college campuses. We currently have over 250 chapters across the U.S.

You then go through our leadership program on your campus (which requires approximately 12 hours of your time) to become an inducted member and receive lifetime membership benefits.
Our members go through several steps to become officially inducted because it provides the opportunity to train in-person and network with other students. We are committed to building leaders who make a better world, and our program is designed to assure members develop tangible skills to confidently discuss during job interviews and highlight on a resume.
Once you join and attend the Orientation, completing the following steps will allow you to be inducted into the Society:
1. Leadership Training Day
2. Three Success Networking Team meetings
3. Three video-broadcast Speaker Events
The speaker events are broadcasts featuring nationally renowned speakers and celebrities discussing topics related to leadership, identifying goals, facing challenges, personal growth and well-being, and successfully transitioning from college to career.
The Success Networking Team meetings are designed to encourage small groups of students to work together while providing peer coaching on achieving goals. This is a time to discuss goals, set timelines and hold one another accountable for achieving long-term dreams. The Success Networking Team provides members with a support network of like-minded, goal-oriented students on campus.
The Leadership Training Day is an interactive video session with a workbook designed to identify and overcome any obstacles that interfere with obtaining your goals. It helps you to recognize your strengths and weaknesses, and aims to help you identify your real passion and how that can be used to achieve personal success.
